Things To Do

Greenwich

Music gigs at the O2 Arena:

The O2 Arena is the busiest entertainment venue globally… we are just 10 minutes away, simply grab the 486 bus from outside the property.

 Royal Greenwich Park:

Venture to The UNESCO World Heritage Site Royal Greenwich Park. Greenwich Park is one of London's eight Royal Parks; a mix of 17th-century landscape, stunning gardens and a history dating back to Roman times. Enjoy the hills and various gardens. Walk with the roses at The Rangers House and nap amongst the stunning floral displays. Museums are in abundance adjacent to the Park, including  The National Maritime, Old Royal Naval College, the Cutty Sark, and The Royal Observatory. Many of these locations are often featured in movies and TV dramas such as Bridgeton!

 The Royal Observatory:

Visit the home of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the Prime Meridian of the world and London's only Planetarium.

 Old Royal Navy College:

The Navy College has six centuries of rich history linking an incredible cast of monarchs and famous British figures (including Queen Elizabeth I, Henry VI). You can also visit The Painted Hall which is known as 'Britain's Sistine Chapel'.

 The Cutty Sark

The Cutty Sark ship represents the pinnacle of clipper ship design and was one of the fastest ships of its day. The Cutty Sark started recording remarkably fast passage times, and became the dominant ship in bringing wool from Australia to England. It’s an interesting visit for all age groups.
